9. Do not make over torque or mounting screws. Much mounting torque may cause DBC substrate cracks and bolts and Al heat-sink destruction.
10.Avoid one side tightening stress. Figure 8 shows the recommended torque order for mounting screws. Uneven mounting can cause the Motion SPM ? 2 package
DBC substrate to be damaged.
